The Wisconsin State Fair is known for its over-the-top food creations, and this year’s new menu does not disappoint. Whether your kids are in it for the sugar, the snacks, or the sheer shock factor, we’ve rounded up the wildest new foods to try in 2025, organized by category so you can plan your bites accordingly.
Here’s what’s new:
🍩 Sweet Treats
Sugar lovers, this one’s for you.
- Cookie Butter Crunch Mini Donuts (Mini Donuts)
Topped with Biscoff® cookie butter, cookie crumbles, vanilla sugar, and gold sprinkles. - A Hunk A Hunk Fat Elvis Donut Ice Cream Sandwich (Badger Bites)
A decadent mashup of donut, peanut butter, and ice cream. The King would approve. - Dragon’s Breath Puffs (Dragon’s Breath)
Freeze-dried ice cream puffs with a fun, crunchy texture and a cool name kids will love.

- Flamin’ Hot Cheeto Dog (George’s Fun Foods)
Fried chicken on-a-stick dipped in cheddar cheese and rolled in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. - Doritos Locos Corn Dog (Sweet Factory)
A classic corn dog coated in warm cheese and crushed Doritos.
🥤 Boba & Beverages
Colorful, fun, and surprisingly refreshing.

Dragon fruit, pineapple, mango popping boba, coconut jellies, Monster Energy, and edible glitter—all in one wild cup. - Orange You The Sweetest (Gooonie’s Fish & Beer Shack)
This one’s for the boba fans. It back memories of childhood with the taste of orange creamsicles! This sweet, fizzy orange soda features a splash of liquid sweet cream and a spoonful of popping boba bubbles, finished with a twisty straw and orange slice.
🌾 Gluten-Free Goodies
Fair food with less worry.
