Details: Organized by Milwaukee County Parks and the Kosciuszko Advisory Board, this event invites all local “ghouls and boos” for an evening of festive fun. Families can enjoy a piñata, cookie decorating, face painting, a costume contest, safe trick-or-treating, spooky activities, and the opportunity to connect with community resource vendors.
