Event Series: Mom-Only Events 2025

Milwaukee will join an international movement on August 1 with a pop-up dance party designed by women, for women.

Revel + Release is a dance party series presented by Interwovxn with a new twist on self-care. Building on the success of our first mother’s day dance party in May, this party will return for the second event in a series on Aug 1, 6:30 pm – 10 pm at The Rivulet in the Third Ward.

This dance party invites women, trans, and nonbinary folks to move, connect and dance in community. The event is for moms, mentors, caregivers, and friends who are overwhelmed by it all, offering rest that looks like joy, dancing, laughter – and being home by 11 pm.

The August 1 event will showcase DJ Dori Zori of Radio Milwaukee, offering 80s anthems and high-energy dance music.

Each Revel + Release event spotlights a local organization making an impact in our community. This gathering will continue that tradition with support for A Little Something, A Lot of Love, a nonprofit supporting moms and families experiencing pregnancy loss.
