
Prenatal Yoga at North Shore Wellness Collective in the Milwaukee area is a supportive weekly class designed specifically for expecting mothers in all stages of pregnancy.
This gentle yoga class focuses on safe movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that can help relieve common pregnancy discomforts while preparing the body and mind for birth. Participants will learn exercises that support posture, mobility, pelvic floor awareness, and overall well-being during pregnancy.
Led by Melady, an experienced yoga instructor and mother of two, this 60-minute class offers a welcoming space for moms-to-be to slow down, connect with their changing bodies, and build community with other expecting parents.
Props and modifications are always provided to ensure comfort and safety for every trimester.
