Insect Pinning Workshop: Butterflies
Sunday, April 12 | 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Immerse yourself in the world of insects by blending art and science during this hands-on, beginner-friendly insect preservation workshop. Through a presentation, learn about different species of Wisconsin butterflies and their ecology. Afterwards, create a shadow box display with a preserved butterfly. You’ll leave with the skills and techniques to complete a fully taxidermized butterfly, as well as a handout to continue this craft at home. Details & Registration
