This spring break, families are invited to explore Family Fun Fest: Fantasy Quest, a playful morning of discovery where fairy tales meet real plants, and imagination grows under glass.
Designed especially for young adventurers, this special Family Fun Festtransforms the Domes into a fantasy realm filled with quests, hands-on activities, storytelling, and botanical wonder. It’s a low-pressure, high-delight experience — perfect for families looking to create a memorable spring break tradition close to home.
Inside Milwaukee’s world tour under glass, children will journey through enchanted landscapes, complete a series of imaginative tasks, and uncover the magic hiding among the plants — all while learning, playing, and exploring together.
What to Expect
Your Fantasy Quest includes a themed activity kit and access to a full morning of adventures:
- A guided Fantasy Quest with tasks to complete throughout the Domes
- Hands-on activities in the Education Center
- A plant-based scavenger quest through the Tropical and Desert Domes
- A live puppet program in the lobby (10:30 am)
- Fantasy-themed snacks
- A small prize and take-home activity to continue the magic at home
- A special gift shop discount
Costumes are encouraged! Come dressed as your favorite fairy, dragon, wizard, knight, or mythical creature— or simply bring your sense of wonder.
Important Information
A $10 Quest Kit is required for each participating child. Quest kits are limited and available while supplies last.
- Admission to the Domes is not included with the activity kit.
- Domes members enter free, as always.
- Non-members may enter using regular admission options.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
