Community and International Observe the Moon Night Open House

Saturday, October 4 from 6pm-8pm – Community and International Observe the Moon Night

Join us at Yerkes Observatory for an Open House! We’ll have telescopes on the South Lawn, presentations, food, and educational activities for you and your family. Each event has a unique theme and activities, making it an exciting, exploratory experience each time! See below for the themes for the 2025 Open House season. Each event is 2-hour event will take place rain or shine. This does not include the use of the telescopes in the building. Reservations are required.
