Event Series: 2026 Spring Home and Remodeling Show at WI State Fair Park

Join us for the NARI Milwaukee Spring Home & Remodeling Show at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Expo Center! Meet more than 150 home improvement and remodeling experts in person February 13-15, 2026. Exhibitors are members of NARI Milwaukee, whose code of ethics pledges honesty, integrity, and responsibility.

Show Feature:

A Backyard Oasis – When showgoers enter, they’ll be greeted by a backyard oasis, created by Excel Custom Contractors, that features a hot tub, fire feature, an expansive, multilevel deck and other “wow” elements.

Cabin Fever – For those looking to escape,Drexel Building Supply and J&J Contractors I designed a chic cabin that students from Franklin High School built from the ground up. The quaint and cozy Door County-style abode will be open for tours.

Date Night Package – Since it’s Valentine’s weekend, the show is offering a date package that includes two tickets to the show and a $40 concession stand credit.The package is $39.95 and can be purchased at narimilwaukee.org/SpringShow.

Next-Gen Backyard Build Off – The NARI Milwaukee Foundation is once again hosting a NextGen Trades Challenge for high school students. This year’s themed project is a Backyard Build Off that features man caves, children’s play sets and an ultimate doghouse – among other items.

Kids’ Busy Builder Zone – For kids, there’s a special “hands-on” area. Children can dress up in contractor gear and get their picture taken, play in a sandbox stocked with excavators and dump trucks and build their own structures with foam bricks and beams.

College Student Design Competition, Indoor + Outdoor Living Challenge – Students from MIAD, MATC and WCTC were tasked to design a space that transforms a great room and a deck area into a cohesive, functional living space that balances indoor comfort with outdoor livability. Their portfolios will be on display at the Show for judging.
