Meet Santa (Safely) in 2020. Here’s Where He’ll Be.

Santa has landed safely in Milwaukee! We’re keeping track of all the stops he’s making around Southeastern Wisconsin.
We are so thankful to our partners at the Child Advancement Network (CAN) for sponsoring us this season. CAN was established as a broad-based, comprehensive, and innovative approach to child health via partnerships, advocacy and collaborations aimed at advancing the wellbeing of children across domains of health. Learn more about them here.
Here’s a running list of the places you can meet Santa this year:

1. Mayfair Mall

November 27 – December 23: Monday – Saturday, 11AM – 7PM | Sunday, 12PM – 6PM 

December 24: 9AM – 5PM


Visit Santa in the Level 1 Nordstrom Wing to get your professional pictures taken. Face coverings for you and Santa may be required during your contactless visit based on current state regulations. Reservations are required. Visit their Safety Measures page to find out more.

You can also reserve a Virtual Visit with Santa through Mayfair Mall.

2. Cabela’s (Richfield)

Cabela’s is continuing their annual Santa event safely with free online reservations, temperature checks, contactless Claus visits, Santa’s Sanitation Squad, masks, and physical distancing. Find out more.

3. The Pfister Hotel (Canceled for 2020)

Canceled for 2020: Back by popular demand, the Pfister Breakfast with Santa is a holiday tradition that creates lifelong memories. Guests have the opportunity to share a jolly breakfast collection with Santa and his elves in The Pfister’s festive ballroom.  Each table will have a family-style breakfast featuring freshly griddled chocolate chip and blueberry pancakes with all the trimmings, along with everyone’s traditional favorites. In addition to professional photos with Santa, every child will receive a special gift and will be able to make crafts at their table while composing a handwritten letter to Santa. Smaller seating groups for each date will ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience.

Things to know before you go:

  • A reservation is required.
  • For everyone’s safety this will be a socially-distanced experience for guests
  • Santa and his helpers will be wearing masks throughout the duration of your visit
  • Guests are required to wear masks

5. Little Sprouts Play Cafe

1406 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI 53092

Ho Ho Ho! Santa is coming by for a special visit, just for you and your social bubble. Book a private play date with Santa on Little Sprouts’ website.

6. Your Home

Little Sprouts’ Santa will visit your house from a safe distance outside. He’s ready to spread some cheer to your families this holiday season. Pictures of the visit are welcome! Santa will also drop off a Christmas gift bag filled with our custom Reindeer Food, candy canes, playdough, an ornament, & stickers. Add on any extra gifts and Santa will deliver them gift wrapped. Bonus: Any other product orders you place with the Santa Delivery can be gift wrapped and delivered for free. It’s about to get jolly. Starting at just $50.

7. Virtual Santa Visit

For $25 per child, Santa will take information you provide Ruckus & Glee about your child and turn it into a special personalized video for your child that will be delivered to you through an unlisted YouTube link that you can watch again and again, and share with loved ones.

You can also sign up for the Flat Santa kit through Ruckus & Glee and you’ll receive an email with an attachment that contains a letter from Santa to your child and a picture of Santa. The letter invites your child to take his picture around to your child’s favorite holiday spots to photograph him there.

The Kiwanis Club of North Shore Milwaukee is also hosting virtual Santa visits. Kids can have a seven-minute one-on-one conversation with Santa via Zoom. You can schedule your appointment at

8. Port Washington (Upper Lake Park)

December 5, 12, and 19th, 2020


Get your picture taken with Santa safely with the Port Washington Rec Dept., Port Washington Main Street, Port Washington State Bank, and the Friends of Parks & Rec Inc.! Come on up to Upper Lake Park to meet Santa in his giant snow globe, give him a high five, and even get your wish list into the North Pole mailbox. Letters will be provided to complete at the park or bring your own handcrafted letter to place in the North Pole mailbox. VIP will be taking pictures that you will be able to instantly download and/or print at your favorite spot. The picture link will be provided on the Port Washington Recreation Department website within 1 week. Hot chocolate will be sold from 4:00-8:00pm (Beer Garden Area) with holiday music, lights, and decorations to fill the park! Pictures with Santa will be from 4:30-6:30pm on the stage in Upper Lake Park.

9. Brookfield Square

In person visits will still be available, but you will have to reserve a special time to see Santa. These visits will be contactless, and hand sanitizing stations will also be available. Face masks are required to visit Santa for children age 2 and up as well as adults, so remember to bring your festive holiday mask or face covering.

For those who can’t see Santa in person or who want additional memorable experiences, there are several online options. You can continue to Create Holiday Magic from the comfort of your home, and celebrate Christmas throughout the season with things like Story Time with Santa, Photos with Santa (including pets), a live zoom call and more!

10. Santa’s Workshop

Downtown Cedarburg


Each year, a charming 15′ x 15′ gingerbread house graces Cedarburg’s Washington Avenue for the entire Christmas season. Due to COVID-19, guests aren’t able to go inside Santa’s Cedarburg Workshop this year. But it will still be constructed and decorated for kids to peek through the windows to see the fireplace and the toys he and the elves have been working on. Santa and Mrs. Claus will make surprise appearances. Kids are encouraged to drop off letters to Santa.

11. Natty Oaks

Natty Oaks is offering Individual clear view cozy chalets for your family to have a safe, socially distanced holiday experience. Each chalet has an adorable mini fireplace to keep you warm even on a snowy night. Warm up with a complimentary carafes of hot cocoa & hot cider complete with a Christmas cocoa charcuterie board full of yummy mix-ins to make your hot beverage perfect. During your one hour visit you will get a special personalized visit from Santa! He will visit with your family for 15 minutes and you will have the perfect opportunity to take photos and ask questions about the North Pole. We will have an Elf on hand to take photos for you (using your camera). Each Chalet cleaned with an Ionizing Air Purifier before and after each family.
