It’s a WILD World: A Virtual Event With the Zoological Society

We know you've missed the Zoological Society's annual events, and now you can join them online Friday, September 11th at 7:00 pm for an evening of tail and tales. The event is free to access! You can choose to make a donation of any amount.

This virtual event gives you inside access to some of the animals, music, an auction and more. It will include zookeeper chats, musical performances by Greenlight, a Kohl’s Wild Theater segment, and remarks from Zoo Director Chuck Wikenhauser and Zoological Society President and CEO Jodi Gibson. It's open to Zoological Society friends and supporters of all levels and all ages.

The virtual event includes Kohl's Wild Theater.

The Zoological Society is the support organization for the Milwaukee County Zoo, both of which have faced many challenges during the pandemic. They've had to cancel several fundraisers this year, and have lost revenue in the areas of donations, memberships, and education classes and camps.

The money raised at this event will support the Zoological Society’s mission to conserve wildlife and endangered species, educate people about wildlife and the environment, and support the Milwaukee County Zoo. The event is supported by U.S. Bank and Molson Coors.

The money raised at this event will support the Zoological Society’s mission.

To participate, simply register and then join the event on Friday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. You can also donate any amount, bid on the online silent auction starting September 4 -11, and spread the word on social media.
