BAYSHORE Back To School Fun Fest: A Day of Free Family Activities

BAYSHORE is gearing up for the school year with its annual Back to School Fun Fest, presented by St. Francis Children’s Center.

This free, family-friendly event promises an afternoon filled with engaging activities and entertainment for kids of all ages.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, September 7
• Time: 12:00 – 5:00 PM
• Location: The Yard at BAYSHORE

Activities and Attractions: From 12:00 to 3:00 PM, the event will feature a variety of interactive stations and performances:

• Kid Boogie Down: A lively dance party that will get kids moving.
• Mad Science Fun Stations: Hands-on science activities that spark curiosity.
• Milwaukee Public Museum: Fossil and dinosaur exploration stations.
• Elite Sports Clubs: Bounce house fun for energetic kids.
• Petting Zoo: A chance for kids to meet and interact with friendly animals.
• Face Painting: Creative designs to brighten up the day.
• Instrument Discovery Zone: An opportunity for kids to explore different musical instruments.
• Giveaways: The first 500 kids will receive drawstring bags with flamingo and dinosaur designs.

Special Highlights:

• Free Showing of Rock Dog 3: Battle The Beat: After the fun fest, stay for a free screening of “Rock Dog 3: Battle The Beat” from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. This animated film follows musician Bodi on his quest to restore the legendary name of Angus Scattergood.
