Free admission to Wisconsin State Parks this weekend!


Overview

Warm weather is finally here, and you can enjoy a free weekend in your state parks!

No state park admission stickers or trail passes are required this weekend, June 2-3, 2018. It is also Free Fishing Weekend when people may fish without fishing licenses or state trout stamps. Non-resident all-terrain vehicle operators do not need a non-resident trail pass to ride state ATV trails this weekend. Visit the dnr.wi.gov for more information.

Want a hike that's relatively easy for the whole family? Here are some ideas:

Hank Aaron State Trail - Can be under 2 mile hike or bike

Plantation Path (Lapham Peak State Park) - 1.8 mile easy loop

Boardwalk Trail (Cedarburg Bog State Natural Area) - Easy one mile loop

Scuppernog Trail (Kettle Moraine South) - Easy to moderate two mile loop
