Each mini class session will focus on a specific theme. We’ll spend time outside, spend time creating, and will provide a healthy snack. We look forward to our adventures with your child!

Summers are made for experimenting and getting messy! Join us at the Wisconsin Museum of Quilt & Fiber Arts this summer for one of our 3 Dye Labs. Our tie dye labs range from ages 5 to 16 years old and vary in difficulty. Our Junior Dye Lab for ages 5-7 years old focuses on mixing colors and using different techniques to get fun results. Our classic dye lab for ages 8-16 years old has galaxy dying, ice dying and traditional tie dying as well. Our newest lab, Nature Inspo, is for ages 10 - 16 years old and is about using nature to inspire dyed designs. Between these 3 camps, students will learn unique, new dying methods.

Bring your child for an exciting week of clay adventures. Every week brings a new theme inspired by books & movies with exciting projects, including Monsters & Aliens, Ocean Adventures, Comic Book/Graphic Novel Characters, Outdoor Adventures or Magic Wizards & Dragons. Kids create a project at each class, and glaze and fire them into permanent works of art. Projects may include making tiles, cups and plates to use in your kitchen, crazy creatures, cell phone speakers and more. Great summer fun for your young artist. Classes are divided by age (6-9 yrs. and 10-14 yrs.). Camp meets Monday –Thursday 1-3pm for one week ($130). (Register before April 15 to receive 10% discount!)

Lynden’s day camps integrate our collection of monumental sculpture with the natural ecology of hidden landscapes and unique habitats. Led by artists, naturalists, and educators, the camps explore the intersection of art and nature through collaborative inquiry and hands-on artmaking, using Lynden's 40 acres to create an all-senses-engaged outdoor experience.
Milwaukee Art Museum Summer Art Camps

Get inspired by the Milwaukee Art Museum's exhibitions and Collection. Explore art in the galleries during fun-filled tours, and create hands-on projects in the Kohl's Art Generation Studio. Each class has a special focus on a different media and includes time for drawing in a personalized sketchbook. Take one Summer Art Camp or the entire series. Scholarships are available!

The Art of Nature (Wilson Center)

Get ready to paint, move, play, and explore! With two sessions offered each summer, Arts Camp: The Art of Nature at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield’s Mitchell Park is a week-long immersive summer day camp that will bring out the science- and nature-loving artist in your child. Designed for students entering grades 1-6 in the fall of 2018, this uniquely comprehensive day camp allows students to experience dance, theatre, and visual art through an environmental scope. Both weeks of Arts Camp include identical lessons and programming; choose the week that best fits into your summer schedule! (Week 1: June 18-22, 2018; Week 2: July 9-13, 2018)
TBEY Summer Arts Camp

TBEY’s summer camp gives students the ability to explore, engage, and express themselves in the arts. With a variety of class offerings, students will be exposed to many types of arts including dance, theatre, visual art, and music. Participants undergo rigorous training with professional artists learning new techniques in a variety of mediums, styles, and themes. The camps are designed to prepare members for performance and/or producing work for TBEY’s major productions. Participants gain professional experience and appreciation for the creative works and productions that help shape the world around them.
