Enjoy family fun aboard the East Troy Bunny Train! Enjoy face painting and coloring activities in the depot while checking in and getting your scavenger hunt cards. Board one a historic train and take a ride down to the Elegant Farmer. During your ride, look out the windows for the items on your scavenger hunt cards. At the Elegant Farmer, hold baby chicks, pet bunnies, and get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny himself! All child ticket holders will receive a stuffed bunny on the return trip and jelly beans for all. Boarding is only done at the East Troy Depot and advance reservations are recommended. ($8.00 – Toddlers (ages 0-2) / $14.00 – Children (ages 3-14) / $17.00 – Adults (ages 15 and up) / $12.00 – Members**)

“Into the Woods” at Sunset Playhouse

The Brothers Grimm hit the stage with an epic fairy tale about the wishes, family and the choices we make. This musical follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch’s curse, the two set off on a journey to break it.

Children will have the chance to visit with the Easter Bunny and have their photo taken. This event will be held before the mall opens and Southridge has made adjustments to the environment to support the needs of children of all abilities. The celebration includes Grandpa’s Table Top Easter Train, a bunny hop through the Bunny Tunnel, a ride on the Big Bunny Express Train, Country Bunny’s puppet show in the Bunny Hut, an Easter Egg Hunt in Bunnyville, seeing the baby animals along the Bunny Trail, Bunny Bowling and ring toss, hand-lead gently pony rides, a freshly baked cookie and apple cider.
