3. Fox & Branch Family Concert

Sing and dance along with this kid-friendly folk duo as they perform their monthly concert at Anodyne Coffee in Walker’s Point.
4. Science Saturday at Discovery World

This FREE live science series is now running all year! Explore the physics of cold and the chemistry of fire in shows that feature demonstrations that you should never try at home! Showtimes are at 11:30am and 1:30pm.
5. St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Saturday, March 10 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Hear the bagpipes at the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade featuring Irish dancers, marching bands, Celtic community groups, themed floats, and much more. The Shamrock Club of Wisconsin’s 52nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Saturday, March 10th, 2018. The parade will step off at noon at 3rd and Wisconsin and finish at Water and Highland. The Parade features more than units and includes local politicians and celebrities, floats, bagpipe and marching bands, and Irish & Celtic organizations. The 52nd Annual Parade is presented by the Westown Association, the Shamrock Club of Wisconsin and Miller Lite. Parade spectators are encouraged to bring food items to the parade. volunteers will be collecting the food items in grocery carts throughout the parade route.
6. Cheep Cheep Easter Celebration at Elegant Farmer (Free!)

March 24, 25 & 31, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Head out to the country for this free, family-fun event that features the Easter Bunny, a 4-H menagerie of bunnies in costume, baby chicks, and guinea pigs for petting. 4-H members will be on hand to educate and introduce children of all ages to the animals they have raised and cared for as part of their 4-H project. Easter specialty foods are always available this time of year, including cider baked ham, fresh breads, and Easter basket candies.
7. Easter at Boerner Botanical Gardens

Meet the Easter Bunny and join the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens for Easter crafts and an egg hunt. You can also enjoy a delicious Easter Brunch with Zilli Hospitality Group (brunch not included in FBBG event).

Little Explorers Morning Playgroup

Preschool is the age of discovery and we’re here to help your kids learn and explore! Join in on the 2nd Friday of the month for our preschool playgroup. There will be activities (including our secret slide) specifically designed to engage the senses of children ages 4 and under.

Free on Thursday, March 1st for all visitors.

(Residents of Milwaukee County receive a $2.00 discount on general admission everyday with proof of residency.)
13. Free admission to the Milwaukee Art Museum
Free to all visitors on Thursday, March 1st from 10:00-8:00 for all visitors. Check out an art pack and explore the galleries, or visit the Kohl’s Art Generation Open Studio. The museum is always free for kids 12 and under!
14. Free admission to Betty Brinn Children’s Museum
Free to all visitors on Thursday, March 15th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. for Neighborhood Night. Join in for free admission, enjoy access to all of the Museum’s hands-on exhibits, and stop by the Be A Maker space to find tools, materials and techniques for endless ways to experiment and create. The Museum will celebrate the Muskego Way, Amani and Metcalfe Park neighborhoods in October, November and December with special entertainment and resource booths hosted by community agencies and organizations.
15. Railroad to Wonderland at the Domes (Free admission on Monday mornings)
Escape the cold! Enjoy free admission to the Domes on Monday, March 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th for Milwaukee County Residents with proof of residency.
16. Free Kids Movies at Marcus Theaters
Enjoy the Kids Dream Winter Film Series presented by American Family Insurance. Between January 26 and March 18, moviegoers can see family-favorite films on the big screen on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m. Admission for all showtimes is just $3. Attendees can also enjoy concessions specials, including popcorn and fountain drinks for just $2.75 each.
