On Saturday, February 4th, the Milwaukee County Historical Society welcomes families and people of all ages to an exciting day of hands-on fun with our 2017 feature exhibition, Melodies and Memories: 200 Years of Milwaukee Music. Admission to the museum and the event is free, and will run from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Brass Bell Music Store staff will be on site with some extra instruments in their Instrument Petting Zoo.
Participate in an art project to make your own instrument, see three different performances throughout the day by members of the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra and enjoy the exhibit including the Cascio Interstate Music’s instrument player pods and 65+ tunes at the listening stations.
Schedule: Performances by the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
