Operation New Year’s Eve Around the World

Operation NYE Around the World commences at 11:00 a.m. with junior spy and family-friendly festivities. Celebrate every hour as SafeHouse agents ring in 2018 across the globe. Complimentary sparkling wine and grape juice toasts will be served every hour between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. In addition, the SafeHouse will be offering drink specials on cocktails and drinks from around the globe.

Your Everything ticket gets you all-access to all of our attractions: laser tag, rock climbing, inflatable sports and obstacle courses, free-play on vintage arcade games, air-hockey – even massage chairs for the adults! For New Year’s, you’ll also get access to our balloon drop, our Champagne/sparkling juice toast, time capsule creation and more. We’ll even have a dedicated, professional photographer on-site for posed pictures and candid shots of you and your family.New for this year, your ticket also gets you access to everything on our extensive food menu! From fresh-baked pizza to quesadillas, salads, even our loaded tots, we’ll have it all served up wait-free, buffet-style all night. Desserts, too: from fresh-baked cookies to gooey brownies! And if you don’t see your favorite pizza or loaded tot toppings, just ask: we’ll bring one out. We’ll have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available, too.You can choose the “Everything” ticket, which includes all of the attractions and buffet, the “Bounce” ticket, which includes it all except laser tag and rock climbing, or the “Observer / food-only” option. We recommend “Everything” tickets for most kids and adults capable of play, and “Bounce” tickets for those under 3 or 4.

  • Enter any time between 5pm and 9pm: our attractions will be open the whole time!
  • Our “midnight” balloon drop and champagne pour will be at 8:00pm
  • Dessert (and more play) will be served from 8-9pm

Every year, tickets sell out, and we have crying at the door (mostly adults) when we have to turn people away. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Tickets will only be available on our website or in-store, and each person attending will need one of the ticket options below. Purchasing a ticket will add your name (or a name of your choosing) to the list at the door; we do not provide paper tickets.

New Year’s Eve at the Domes

Admission is $10 per person and free for children age 2 and under


Enjoy this family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration, with more than 500 balloons dropping from the Annex ceiling at 9 p.m. The event will feature a variety of entertainment, including a DJ dance party, magic by Rick Allen, music by the Garlic Mustard Pickers, and fire dancers. David HB Drake will present Gather the Family, a program of storytelling and song that celebrates getting together with family to give thanks for each other and to take time to share a song. Face painting, balloon sculpting, and children’s crafts will round out the event. The evening will come to a close with a light show in the Show Dome, followed by the balloon drop in the Annex. Activities, party favors, give-aways, exploring The Domes, and viewing Naughty or Nice, the holiday floral show, are included in the special-event admission. Zilli’s Hospitality Group will offer a full bar, and food and beverages.

Noon Year’s Eve (Pump it Up)

Pump It Up invites you to the ultimate New Year’s family celebration! We will be turning down the lights and turning up the fun so each child will receive a glow necklace for our GLOW PARTY! Everyone will receive hats and noisemakers as they gather for the countdown. At the stroke “midnight”, balloons will drop from the ceiling in a joyful and memorable welcoming of the New Year! Admission is $10 per child. Open Jump Passes and Buddy Passes are not accepted for this event.

New Year’s Eve Party (The Big Backyard)

The Big Backyard is once again hosting a special New Year’s event for families. Dress the kids in pajamas to enjoy an evening of fun activities including carnival games, face painting, karaoke, tattoos, and story time. Pizza, hot dogs, and snacks will be available for purchase. They will ring in the New Year at 7:15 p.m. All the children will receive a party horn to help make some noise! Pre-registration is required. This event sells out every year, so register early!

Cool Fool Kite Festival (Free!)

This Milwaukee tradition offers a fun way to celebrate New Year’s Day with the family. Kites and hot food are available for purchase or bring your own. Free hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks will be served while it lasts, compliments of the Gift of Wings. A group of local Milwaukee Ice carvers, The Quiet Ice Carvers, will also be live carving!
