Don’t miss free admission at these Milwaukee area attractions this month!
Milwaukee Public Museum: Free on Thursday, July 7th for all visitors. Open 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Residents of Milwaukee County receive a $2.00 discount on general admission everyday with proof of residency.)
Milwaukee Art Museum: Free to all visitors on Friday, July 1st from 10:00-8:00. Find out about kid-friendly exhibits and activities here.
Betty Brinn Children’s Museum: Free to all visitors on Thursday, July 21st from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Enjoy free admission on the third Thursday of every month.
During July’s Neighborhood Night, the Museum will celebrate reading!
- Participate in a special literacy-themed Be A Maker program.
- Receive a free book (while supplies last), a suggested summer reading list, and examples of easy, fun reading activities to do at home.
- Stop by the Super Reader table hosted by the Milwaukee Public Library, and join the team that will defeat Dr. Brain Drain by reading this summer.
- Relax during story time as staff members of the Milwaukee Public Library share stories, songs and finger plays about summer fun. Earn your first half hour of reading credit in the Super Reader program. (5:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.)
The Domes – The Show Dome is now open. The Tropical and Desert Domes remain closed. Admission is free on Monday, July 11, 18, and 25th from 9:00-12:00 for all Milwaukee County Residents with proof of residency. It’s not free on Monday, July 4th.
Every day, enjoy Show-Dome-Only Discounted General Admission. Offer available until all three domes open. $3 per person. Free admission for children age 5 & under.
