12 Places You Didn’t Know Santa Visited In Milwaukee

Santa’s schedule is packed this holiday season in Milwaukee, and he’s not just at the mall.
From Downtown Milwaukee all the way to Old World Wisconsin, here are some of our favorite local spots for a Santa (or Krampus!) sighting:

1. Downtown Milwaukee

Catch Santa at the Milwaukee Holiday LIght Festival Kickoff on Thursday, November 21st at 5:30 p.m. in Pere Marquette Park. Plus, more than 500,000 lights will magically come to life right before your very eyes! Enjoy performances by Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra, Jenny Thiel, cast members from “Black Nativity” and Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s “A Christmas Carol,” Anita’s Dance Center, Milwaukee Flyers, Robin Adkins, illusionist David Seebach, and national recording artist Grace Weber. Fireworks and a visit from Santa will top off the night. For your convenience, $3 parking will be available at the Interstate Parking structure located at The Avenue between 3pm and midnight. Enter from Plankinton Avenue or 2nd Street, pull a ticket and park. The promo rate will be applied when leaving the structure.
OR, see him with Mrs. Claus and their elves at the FREE Cocoa and the Clauses event in Cathedral Square Park on Saturday, December 14th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival is rolling out the red carpet. Straight from the North Pole, Santa and Mrs. Claus will visit Cathedral Square Park,  as part of the annual cocoa klatch, Cocoa with the Clauses.
