Pack the kids in the car and delight in some of the area’s most spectacular holiday lights displays:
1. The Wisconsin Christmas Carnival of Lights

Entry fee for carloads with up to eight people is $25
Just 20 minutes south of Milwaukee, families will experience a unique drive-through holiday light show that stretches more than a mile with over 1.5 million lights. Families can enjoy the show from the comfort of their vehicles as they travel through the campground, or get even closer to the lights aboard Santa’s giant sleigh for an open-air experience. Candy Cane Lane is the perfect holiday tradition for any family who loves Christmas lights. Grab some hot cocoa to go, and drive over to this brightly lit West Allis neighborhood. You’ll enter to find a winter wonderland with candy-cane wrapped trees, and over 300 houses full of festive holiday lights. You can drive or walk through. Don’t forget to leave a donation for the MACC fund!
3. Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival
November 19, 2020 – January 1, 2021
The annual six-week lights festival throughout downtown Milwaukee features animated holiday light displays throughout downtown Milwaukee. Grab some hot cocoa and MKE your way downtown!
Check out “Community Spirit Park” at Cathedral Square Park, “Tinsel Town Express” at Pere Marquette Park and “Polar Plaza powered by We Energies” at Zeidler Union Square.
Don’t miss the newly lit Hoan Bridge, which is a featured landmark in this year’s Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival ornament collection.
4. Lights on Glen Cove (Free)
Off Janesville and Glen Cove Ct. in Muskego, WI
Marvel at over 35,000 LED lights synchronized to holiday music from 87.9 FM. The lights run every night starting at 5:00 p.m. and running through 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. on weekends.
5. Country Christmas at the Ingleside Hotel

Celebrating 25 years, admission to Country Christmas includes The Country Christmas Trail featuring over a million holiday lights festively displayed on over a mile-long trail. As guests drive through the countryside, they will experience enchanting animated figures and holiday scenes from the comfort of their car. Wagon rides are also available.
The Streets of Bethlehem is a building located at the end of the drive-through trail. Guests can get out of their car and walk through the collection of nearly life –sized Fontanini nativity figurines. Country Christmas has the only display of this magnitude in the area, a replica of the Pope’s personal collection. Christmas Village is another building at the end of the trail that guests can get out of their car and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa or an evening treat while surrounded by a cuddly cast of animated holiday characters and a newly rebuilt working model train display.
6. Enchantment in the Park

This huge twinkling lights display in Regner Park is impressive for all ages. You can walk, drive, or take a carriage ride through, and Santa is there to visit with the kids. It gets very busy on the weekends, so visit during the week if you can. Senior citizen treats and hot cocoa available every night. Take a horse and carriage ride on Friday and Saturday nights. Fire pit and marshmallows also available Friday and Saturday nights. Bring a bag of non-perishable food items or $10 cash donation.
7. Miller Valley Holiday Lites (Free!)
Drive through the historic Miller Valley at Christmas time and you’ll find a new holiday lights display each year. The illuminated valley comes alive with over half a million LED lights synchronized to music. The theme changes each year, and it’s totally free to drive through.
8. Winter Wonders at Boerner Botanical Gardens
Preview Weekend: November 13-15

Closed Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve
Gather family and friends for a spectacular drive-through holiday lights with over one million lights! There’s also a new mini drive-in theater. (First come, first serve.)
Enjoy a variety of light displays throughout Whitnall Park from the comfort of your car as you drive alongside magnificent forest scenes and whimsical holiday fun.
9. Kids2Kids Christmas Wonderland

Kapco’s Kids2Kids Christmas Wonderland is Wisconsin’s ultimate drive-thru holiday experience. Guests of all ages will enjoy millions of lights, two mesmerizing light tunnels, hundreds of inflatables and holiday décor pieces, a live nativity scene, Christmas Village, and Santa’s Workshop with thousands of donated toys on display. Kapco’s Kids2Kids Christmas Wonderland is an unparalleled celebration of the season and joy of giving….all from the comfort and safety of your car!
Proceeds from Kapco’s Kids2Kids Christmas Wonderland are utilized to provide new toys to children in need and facing adversity. All guests are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy(s) that will be contributed to a child in need in our community.
10. Winter Wonderland in the Garden District (Free!)

It’s Winter Wonderland at the Garden District Community Garden at 6th and Howard in Milwaukee. There is no fee, and you can walk through or drive by at any time. It runs through January 6th.
11. Illuminate Ozaukee
December 4th – December 26th, Friday & Saturday 6pm – 9pm.

Admission: Requested Donation. Donations go to support Ozaukee Nonprofit Center and nonprofit partner agencies.
Treat your family to a new fun tradition that’s filled with holiday cheer. Located in downtown Cedarburg. Illuminate Ozaukee helps support and illuminate the human service nonprofits of Ozaukee County, with the help and collaboration of our supporting businesses to bring together a holiday light spectacular. This event is a drive-thru holiday light display, with limited or no touching. Please practice social distancing.
12. Santa’s Workshop
Due to COVID-19, guests aren’t able to go inside Santa’s Cedarburg Workshop this year. But it will still be constructed and decorated for kids to peek through the windows and be delighted Santa and Mrs. Claus will make surprise appearances. Kids are encouraged to drop off letters to Santa.
13. The Corners of Brookfield
There’s a multi-sensory hot cocoa mug at The Corners of Brookfield this year.
There’s a brand new lights display at The Corners of Brookfield! It’s a multi-sensory, 15-foot tall walk-through hot cocoa mug, with 18,000 LED lights and chocolate-scented fog.
There’s also a 40-foot immersive lights tunnel running along Market Square adorned with 10,000 color-changing LED lights. They are free to visit, and make for great photo opps.
