Join us for a unique and exciting event, FLOWER FEST, where you can enter a whimsical, floral world of bright colors and scents, and enjoy the plants of The Domes. Get ready for a morning filled with fun activities inspired by our pollinator friends!

Join the Milwaukee Domes Alliance (MDA) as we celebrate all things that frolic and fly! June is Pollinator Month. Pollinators are more than just bees and butterflies: moths, bats, flies, hummingbirds, even lemurs are important for successful seed and fruit production. Come learn more and celebrate with us!

These include activities, crafts, games, a themed snack, a take-home activity, gift shop discount, and, of course, our fantastic plant collection!
Dress in your brightest colors!
Our Family Fun Fests will take place annually during Milwaukee Public Schools’ winter break, spring break, and summer break. This program is perfect for ages 3-8, but is great fun for all ages.
Please note: Entry to the Mitchell Park Domes is NOT included. This is an additional activity that may be purchased in addition to general Domes admission. As always, Milwaukee Domes Alliance members (formally Friends of the Domes members) get into The Domes for free!

Once you enter The Domes, head to the check in table to pick up your Activity Kit.
Join us anytime between 9AM-12PM. A special program will take place in the lobby at 10:30AM!
This is not a drop-off activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times at The Domes.
Cost:
- Quest Kit: $10
- Neighbor Quest Kit (53215 Area Code): $5 *This is a special discount for families living in the Domes’ adjacent neighborhoods. Please include your area code when purchasing.
Each purchase includes a kit (one per child) and access to Education Center activities. Kits are available in both English and Spanish!
Each activity kit includes:
- Access to Education Center activities (closed during the program to general admission visitors)
- Additional special pollinator-inspired activities in the Education Center
- Build your own flower crown – perfect for queens and kings of nature
- A plant scavenger hunt in The Domes
- An educator-guided program in the lobby – meet Honey B!
- A take-home activity
- A discount in the gift shop
- A themed snack… with honey!
