Milwaukee Recreation is thrilled to announce the return of Halloween Glen for its 30th year! This fall’s event promises to be the biggest bash yet, as we roll out this year’s exciting theme – “Halloween Glen: The Musical” – where squirrels make a scene, duck divas do duets, and all the dancers have at least two left feet!
Actors will present interactive and educational skits at eight decorated stations at Hawthorn Glen, Milwaukee Recreation’s 23-acre nature center. This humorous and educational outdoor adventure is a great alternative to the usual Halloween events! Following the hike, families are welcome to participate in a variety of fall-themed activities.
Important Parking Information
All registered individuals must check in at the MPS Central Services building (5225 W Vliet St) before their scheduled hike begins, including registrants who reside within walking distance of Hawthorn Glen. There will be shuttle buses to transport participants to Hawthorn Glen. There will be no parking at Hawthorn Glen and no walk-up registration.
