Great Lakes Pet Expo at the Wisconsin Exposition Center

Join the cast and crew of the 2023 Great Lakes Pet Expo in Milwaukee at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park as we celebrate our 18th year of helping animals in Wisconsin. This event is the only charitable event in Wisconsin of this magnitude. All proceeds from ticket sales are returned to our community to help animals in shelters and rescues.
Wisconsin’s furriest residents will strut their stuff and show off their talent at the 18th Annual Great Lakes Pet Expo (GLPE) on Saturday, February 4, 2023. The fun begins with VIP Shopping Hour from 9AM -10AM with general hours 10AM to 5PM, held at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park in West Allis, WI.
Animal lovers big and small will have a blast at the biggest charitable event in Southeast Wisconsin, benefiting Wisconsin’s homeless pet population. Come out and meet some of the cutest adoptable pups in the state. In the mood for kittens, bunnies or a Guinea pig? A few horses? Maybe a reptile, two or fifty? Whether you’re looking to interact with hundreds of species or find your new best friend in the Parade of Rescues, the Great Lakes Pet Expo offers the best in show for family entertainment and shopping!
With over 140,000 square feet of pet loving fun, the GLPE will showcase hundreds of exhibits featuring captivating animal acts on the Main and Activity Stages, specialized interactive educational areas and presentations and the newest pet products on the market.
Watch local firefighters compete against canine agility stars or watch the dancing horses. Meet 100s of adoptable animals from local shelters and rescues!
The Reptile Education Area is one of a kind and provides chills and thrills to those daring enough to enter and interact with snakes, spiders, lizards, and more.
Visit our New Product Showcase area to view and enter to win new products offered by vendors. Other featured areas include Caesar’s Cancer Resource Center, Cat Alley, Bark Park and the Small Animal Education Station. Arrive early for the VIP Shopping Hour from 9-10am and catch the deals before the crowd!
VIP Shopping Hour admission is $15 (ages 13 & up) and $3 for kids (5-12), General Expo Admission (ages 13 & up) is $7 from 10AM-3PM, Reduced General Expo Adult Admission is $5 from 3PM-5PM. FREE admission for children 12 and under, and veterans with military ID from 10AM-5PM. Advance tickets for the VIP Shopping Hour and for General Expo Admission are available for purchase beginning December 1, 2022 at www.petexpomilwaukee.com and also at the door on February 4, 2023.
All admission proceeds from the event benefit AWARE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals in Wisconsin.
