Even if the weather isn’t reliably warm yet, that doesn’t mean you can’t start some spring plants! Learn how to get a head start on your gardens by planting seeds to germinate and sprout indoors. We’ll gather at Riveredge and get creative by using recycled materials as pots and trays. Feel free to bring your own black and white newspaper, toilet paper rolls, plastic fruit containers, egg cartons, and/or milk jugs. Soil, seeds, tools, and extra recycled materials will be provided as we get some garden plants a head start on the season.
Kids ages 5-12 and their families.
This event is FREE, but please register in advance.
