This fall, DSHA Theatre presents: Sister Act. Based on the 1992 hit film, the story centers around disco star Deloris Van Cartier. After she witnesses a murder, she is placed where the cops won’t find her — in a convent! Disguised as a nun, she uses her disco moves and powerhouse voice to breathe new life into the choir and church — and finds sisterhood in the process. Music and Lyrics by Alan Menken and Glenn Slater.
