Celebrate Native American Heritage Month at the Library!

Capitol Library – 3969 N 74th St Milwaukee WI
Listen to American Poet Laureate Joy Harjo read aloud her captivating new picture book Remember. Harjo is a member of the Mvskoke Nation. Harjo’s book helps us learn to appreciate that we are all connected through family and the environment from a Native American perspective. Create a dream-like painting using watercolor pencils and concepts from the book.
