Breastfeeding 101 featuring Nina Olson, DPT from Freedom Physical Therapy and Tera Shapiro, RN, BSN, IBCLC from Tera’s Lactation Care, LLC will focus on teaching skills and knowledge that will pave the way for a great breastfeeding relationship. Tera and Nina will teach breastfeeding positions and simple exercises that will minimize aches and pains and maximize comfort for both mom and baby. They will provide information on working through common breastfeeding challenges and help class attendees understand where to look for support if challenges arise.
