Join us for a 4-week series – connecting with body, mind, and baby. Give yourself a postnatal bounce back with your baby, other moms, and hot coffee. Learn calming tricks and at-home yoga tips for mom and baby – developing sensory and auditory skill, digestive and sleep benefits, and more. Expect some of our babies to laugh… while others might cry. Per usual, we’re ready for it all. Perfect for babies under 12 months old (non-walkers).
