Bring the bottoms of your feet together and flutter your knees just like butterfly wings! Join Naturalist and Yoga Instructor Abby Saxton in this family yoga session. Once you have learned how to breathe like a bumblebee, we’ll move through simple animal-based poses. We’ll then meet some of our animal ambassadors and discover why yoga poses are named after them. We’ll also take a short hike to search for wild animals and discover their yoga-like postures.
This program is designed for children ages 5 through 8. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow them from us. This program will take place both indoors and outdoors.
